In Loving Memory of Kristina “Krissy” Paige Canada Beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend Kristina “Krissy” Paige Canada, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend, 36, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025, in Southaven, MS. Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven (626 Star Landing Road, East, Southaven, MS 38672) is in charge of arrangements. Krissy leaves her devoted husband, of fourteen years, Michael “Boo” Canada of Southaven, MS; her three sons, Matthew Canada, Christopher Crowder, and Oliver Canada, all of Southaven; her mother, Ginger Ferguson (Jerry) of Southaven, MS; her father Bobby (Lori) Hicks of Caldwell, ID; her two grandmothers, Glenda Hicks of Mayflower, AR and Sandy Moore of Palm Bay, FL; her five siblings, Trey (Lauren) Hicks, Michael (Kim) Zumback, and Mary Printup all of Olive Branch, MS, Michael Guthrie and Bailey Guthrie, both of Caldwell; her mother-in-law, Kathy (Michael Ray) Canada of Southaven; an overabundance of nieces and nephews, many friends and extended family to cherish her memory. Mrs. Canada was truly one of a kind — the life of every party and the heart of every room. With her quick wit and fearless sense of humor, she could roast her friends with a smile that left everyone laughing and feeling more loved than ever. Her presence lit up every space, and her energy was contagious. But Krissy wasn’t just fun — she was fierce in her love. She adored her children beyond measure, and they were the light of her life. Her devotion to them was unwavering, and everything she did was rooted in that love. She lived life boldly, fully, and with an open heart. If someone needed help, Krissy was there. Whether it was a shoulder to cry on, a meal to share, or a ride across town, she gave without hesitation — and always with a smile and a joke. Krissy’s legacy is one of laughter, love, and loyalty. She showed us what it means to truly live, to truly love, and to always show up for each other. She will be missed more than words can say, but her spirit will live on in every joke shared, every act of kindness, and every moment of joy we embrace in her honor. Rest easy, Krissy. You were deeply loved — and always will be. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the home of Barry and Victoria Hudson (4301 Alexander Road, Olive Branch, MS), Kristina’s aunt and uncle. This was also the house where Kristina and Michael got married.
