Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven Angela Kaye Worley, 61, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026, in Southaven, MS. A visitation will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a funeral service immediately following at 4:00 p.m., all at Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven. Bro. Al Canon will officiate. Interment will be at Desoto Memorial Gardens. Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven is in charge of arrangements. Angela Kaye Worley will be remembered as a woman with a strong presence, a caring heart, and an adventurous spirit. She was a natural leader who carried herself with confidence and conviction and was never afraid to speak her mind. Though spirited and strong-willed, those who knew her best understood the deep love and loyalty she had for those around her. Above all else, Angela was a caretaker. She lived by the belief that there were no “throwaway children,” and her home reflected that philosophy. Over the years, she opened her doors and her heart to countless children, often welcoming anywhere from 15 to 25 children into her home at any given time. Her impact reached far beyond family and left lasting memories with everyone she cared for. Angela enjoyed life and embraced adventure whenever she could. She was always ready for a good vacation and treasured making memories along the way. She enjoyed playing PC games, watching science fiction and anime, and loved exploring foreign television shows. One of her favorite traditions was spending time with her sister, walking through downtown Memphis and finding new places to eat. They maintained a standing date to try somewhere new together for as long as she was able. Angela was also a devoted and faithful member of Highway Holiness Church, where her faith remained an important part of her life. Angela is survived by her mother, Gloria Ann Shepard of Southaven; children, Kristopher James Worley and his wife Jennifer of Monroe, NC, Sabreana Nicole Worley of Southaven, Timothy Charles Worley and his wife Brittney of Cabot, AR, and adopted daughter, Toni Ann Clay of Biloxi, MS; grandchildren, Ryder Lee Worley, Remethy Worley, and Anna Leontine Worley; sister, Audrey Erwin of Memphis, TN; and her nephew, Austin Brown of Memphis.
